Eingang began with a series of genuine encounters with artists we deeply admire. These are people whose talent deserves more visibility and real opportunities. This agency exists to support them and help open the right doors.

We noticed that many booking agencies operate in a very individual way. Agents often work alone, keeping contacts and knowledge to themselves. That approach doesn't reflect our values.

At Eingang, we believe in collaboration. We share resources, ideas, and energy. Working as a team isn't just more effective, it's also more meaningful.

The name Eingang reflects what we stand for. It evokes a group moving forward together, and it also means entrance in German which captures our aim to create access and opportunity for the artists we believe in.
